McMatthy Nigeria Limited is an indigenous company providing Marine Logistics and
Support, Procurement (MLSP), Engineering, Construction and Project Management (ECPM),
Safety, Security, Environmental and Community Relations Consultancy (SSEC).
McMatthy Nigeria Limited (MNL) was incorporated in 2007. From the first Project executed
after incorporation, McMatthy has since executed multiple projects cutting across different
sectors entailing - Provision of Marine Security Vessels, Platform Supply Vessels (PSV),
Anchor Handling Tugs, Supply of Petroleum Products to International Oil Companies (IOCs),
Project Management for Chevron Nigeria Ltd, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for NAOC
and many more.

Matthew Sele-Epri
Matthew Sele-epri holds a B.Sc in Computer Science and he is the MD/CEO of Mcmatthy Nigeria Ltd.
He has over 17 years experience as a consultant in Community relations, conflict management and resolution with a certificate from Zenith Professionals (UK). He has gained experience as a project manager for major development projects.
Ebiwari Baker
Mr. Ebiwari Baker has worked more than 8 years as a broker closing Million dollar deals for international oil companies.
He worked as the Operations Manager for Temo Gloss Global investment Ltd & Timi Timi Jos integrated co. Ltd. He holds a B.Sc in Geography and Environmental Management.
Omietimi Peter Etele
Mr. Omietimi Peter Etele has over 15 years in QHSE – Ms, Environmental Sampling, Auditing, Monitoring, Bioremediation and Project Management.
He is a Member Environmental Health Officer Registration Council of Nigeria (EHORECON), American Society for Microbiology (ASM), Waste Management Society of Nigeria. Practitioner Member Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (PIEMA) and Lead Auditor Environment Management System.
Igodo Ebikibina
Mr. IGODO E.T. has over 12 years’ experience in Project coordination and management with a B.Tech in Engineering and hands-on-expertize in AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
He has worked at different capacities in various establishment: Survey Data Digital Analyst, Geobeam Global Limited, General Manager (Projects) - Czarina Russ Limited, Chief Operations Manager, BeachFront Nigeria Limited, Managing Director – Dexet Nigeria Limited. Mr. IGODO E.T. has attended several human capacity development training, and is a seasoned, leadership and skill acquisition trainer.
Agbo Emmanuel
Mr. Agbo Emmanuel has more than 10yrs of Experience from Administrative/ Human Resource Position in different companies including Ayanfe TC Management and Consultancy Firm, Wilparks Nigeria Limited. He is an expert in company policies, compliance and regulation. He is proficient in SAP Applications.
Femi Akinrodolu
Femi Akinrodolu is a graduate of International Relations from the Benson Idahosa University GRA Benin City. He is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management and also has about 7 years in administration.
Gbiki-Etele Ebimoboere Rita
Miss Gbiki-Etele Ebimoboere Rita is the Accountant of McMatthy Nigeria Ltd. She has 5 years experience in working with different Organization including BASILMAN NIG LTD and a Member Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM). She is a graduate of Financial Accounting from Ignatius Ajuru University of Education, Port Harcourt Rivers State.
Eric Bodmas
Eric Bodmas is a Visual Communicator, Digital Marketer and Social Media Manager who has several experience in both print design and social media management. He has expertise in Brand Development, User Interface Designs, Print Designs amongst others. He is a graduate of Sociology and Anthropology and a member of the Institute of Strategic Management Nigeria (ISMN).
Owoupele Jeremiah Perekeme
He holds a BA in History and International Studies from the university of Uyo. He also holds LLB law and BL degrees respectively from the Niger Delta University and Nigerian law School. He has several years of public service and corporate experience. Highly result oriented, innovative and strongly believes in thinking out of the box in proffering relevant solutions to problems.

Our main objective is to operate in the most safe and economic manner without antagonizing
or alienating the local communities. This is achieved by ensuring that all statutory and
other relevant regulations relating to safety and welfare of our personnel and local
communities that may be affected in the course of our work are paramount.
McMatthy also view with great concern the ecological implication of her job on the environment
and the community inhabiting the work location. In order to prevent accidents and friction with
the local communities, proper attitude to safety rules and community relationship are encouraged
in all ramifications. Our overall objective is to ensure cordial relationship with host communities,
prevent accidents which could otherwise result in pains, disabilities, and damages to property (plant
and equipment), death as well as damage to animal life within the environment in which we operate.
Thus, our community affairs, safety, health, environment and security (CASHES) programmes are designed to achieve the following:
